Put all the ingredients into a blender and bend until smooth and creamy.

Serve and enjoy.

    I’ve just had the peanut butter smoothie for breakfast, wow! I haven’t had it since one of the retreats I was on. I used frozen banana instead of ice & a generous slug of almond milk. Ready to start the day!
