When you make a booking with us we do require you to complete a full booking form which includes a health questionnaire. This information is used to ensure that you have booked the event that is correct for you, we will also use this information to personalise and modify your event if necessary or appropriate. All information that you share with us is confidential and not shared or stored outside JabFit UK Ltd.
This health information is required under the terms of the contract between us and if you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
Marketing Communication Data
You will receive marketing communications from us if you have:
Requested information from us or purchased goods or services from us; or
If you provided us with your details when you registered to receive free resources, attend a free training online, took the Quiz on our website, entered a competition or registered for a promotion; and in each case, you have not opted out of receiving that marketing.
